Statuetopia is a family owned and operated site that specializes in rare and limited edition
collectible statues, busts, props, dioramas, figures, and one of a kind custom kits and statues.

Here are many details about us and what you can expect when you purchase:

• We've collected and dealt in rare statues, busts, kits, & props privately and locally for 10+ years
   
  
• We've been a worldwide Ebay powerseller for 9+ years, with 940+ 100% positive feedback. 
  
  
• EVERYTHING you see for sale on this web page is IN STOCK.  We don't do any
  pre-order or early reserve sales, as it is a hassle for everybody involved.  If you
  see it for sale here, it is available NOW and will ship out ASAP upon purchase.
  

• Due to our IN STOCK policy, you'll likely find items through us that are long sold out
  or out of stock from other retailers who pre-sold (and likely oversold) their stock.
  We'd rather wait until something is in our mitts to put it up for sale on the site,
  instead of disappointing customers if the items they've pre-ordered get shorted.
  
• Some items may show up on the site, but may show as Sold Out.  These are left
  up on the site, as we will likely get more of that item in at a future date.  If it is an
  item that we're no longer going to be able to get, we'll take it right off of the site.
  Check back often to see if the items have come back into stock, or send us an
  e-mail with an inquiry and we'll answer any questions you have promptly. 

• We accept Paypal, money order, cashier's check, or personal checks as payment.
  We aren't set up to take credit card payments yet, but we will be able to very soon.
  
• We personally inspect every item before shipping out to you, to insure that what
  you'll receive is 100% perfect before it is mailed out.  This may delay shipment by
  a couple days, but it has saved us many hassles, and has made several hundred
  customers very happy over the years by never having to return imperfect items.

• We ship 99% of all items via US Postal Service, and any oversized and/or heavy
  items via UPS Ground which is the least expensive method we've found.

• Every single item we ship will always be sent fully insured with online tracking
  for both buyer and seller safety and assurance. 

• If you're located outside of the US, e-mail us for a shipping quote before purchasing
  and we'll get right back with you.  We only ship items overseas via US Postal Service
  Global Express Mail with full coverage insurance for both buyer and seller safety.
  
• Return Policy:  As we inspect everything to insure 100% perfection before shipping, no
  returns are accepted.  If an item is damaged in transit, we'll work with you to file a
  very fast claim for full reimbursement for the insured amount for the item purchased.
  We pack VERY securely and mark all boxes FRAGILE to insure that your product(s) will
  arrive to you as shipped: 100% Perfect.
